Refund & Exchange Policy

Inspection at Delivery

Customers are required to inspect all items immediately upon delivery and before the courier departs. This includes checking size, condition, and overall satisfaction.

Returns and Exchanges at Doorstep

Requests for refunds or exchanges must be made at the time of delivery, and the items must be handed back to the courier on the spot. In such cases, only the delivery fee will be charged. If you wish to exchange an item, a new order must be placed through the website. Partial acceptance or rejection of individual items within a package is not permitted; the package must be accepted or returned in full.

Liability After Acceptance

Once the courier has left and the order has been accepted, full responsibility for the items transfers to the customer. Refunds or exchanges cannot be processed after this point.

Delivery Scheduling

Customers are expected to coordinate a suitable delivery time directly with the courier to ensure availability for inspection and try-on.

Order & Payment Policy

Deposit Requirement for Large Orders

Orders containing four (4) or more items require a 50% deposit to be confirmed. This deposit must be completed within 24 hours of placing the order. Orders not secured within this timeframe will be automatically canceled.

Delivery Attempts

Our courier will attempt delivery up to three (3) times. If delivery is unsuccessful after the third attempt, the order will be canceled automatically.

Customer Cancellation Record

Customers with a record of two (2) previously canceled orders will be required to pay in full in advance for any subsequent order.

Product Defect Policy

Defect Coverage Period

Chii Chii accepts responsibility for verified manufacturing defects reported within 30 days from the order date. Claims submitted after this 30-day period will not be eligible for resolution.
